We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Rammilav. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy for most products, subject to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item was purchased on our website (rammilav.ch)
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
Please note: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products unless the item is defective or damaged.
2. How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Include clear photos and your order number
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to reject returns that:
- Are submitted after the 14-day period
- Show signs of use or tampering
- Do not include the original packaging
