1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
2. Return Conditions
- Products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
- Cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Damaged or defective products can be returned at any time.
3. Return Shipping
- Contact us before returning at [email protected].
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, except for defective or incorrect deliveries.

4. Refund
- After receiving and inspecting the return, we refund the purchase price within 14 days.
- Refunds are made via the original payment method (Stripe).
- Shipping costs are only refunded for defective deliveries.
5. Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
