What to include in your proposal:

• Brand overview & target audience

• Bestseller list + wholesale price list (EUR/CHF), MOQs & tiered discounts

• Lead times, shipping terms (Incoterms), and available stock in EU/CH

• INCI lists, MSDS/IFS files, barcodes, shelf life & PAO

• EU compliance (CPNP registration, labels, claims); certifications (e.g., vegan, cruelty-free)

• Marketing assets (imagery, guidelines), tester/sample policy

• Warranty/returns for defects and damaged goods

• Contact person details
