Return of goods
Return window: You can return items within 14 calendar days of delivery (EU right of withdrawal).
Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, makeup, sheet masks, tools once unsealed, or free gifts/samples.Damaged/defective items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping where applicable.
How to start a return: Email [email protected] with your order number, items, reason, and (if relevant) photos. We’ll reply with an RMA and the return address (Riga, LV or Dielsdorf, CH).
Return shipping: Unless the return is due to our error or a defect, return postage is paid by the customer. Use a tracked service; responsibility remains with you until we receive the parcel.
Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our error/defect).
Exchanges: Place a new order after your refund, or ask us during the RMA process if an exchange is available.
Non-returnable: Gift cards, final-sale items, opened or used products.
This policy applies to orders fulfilled from Latvia and Switzerland. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
