Where do you ship from?
We ship from our locations in Riga (Latvia) and Dielsdorf (Switzerland), depending on stock availability.

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship across the EU and Switzerland. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us and we’ll try to help.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days in the EU/CH and a bit longer for remote areas.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

What payment methods do you accept?
Major debit/credit cards and selected local payment methods via our secure payment partner. All transactions are encrypted.

Will I pay customs or extra taxes?
Prices include VAT where applicable. Cross-border shipments may incur duties or taxes collected by the courier. These are outside our control.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can usually update or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

What is your return policy?
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened skincare or makeup. Please contact us to start a return.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Yes. We source directly from official distributors and trusted partners to ensure 100% genuine products with valid shelf life.
