• Dispatch locations: We ship from Riga (Latvia) and Dielsdorf (Switzerland) depending on stock.

• Delivery times: EU/EEA & Switzerland usually 1–5 business days (remote areas may take longer).

• Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination/weight.

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

• Address changes: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP to update details.

• Duties & taxes: Prices include VAT where applicable. Cross-border shipments may incur customs/handling fees payable to the courier.

• Delivery issues: If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos — we’ll fix it.
