1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through rammilav.ch, operated by Seven Seas Logistics Ltd, Gumpenwiesenstrasse 50, 8157 Dielsdorf, Switzerland.

2. Contract Formation

Product listings in the online shop do not constitute a binding offer. Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in CHF and include VAT.
Payments are processed through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Payment is charged when the order is placed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery across Switzerland within 2–3 business days.
Shipped via PostFinance/Swiss Post.
Free shipping on orders over CHF 80.
Below CHF 80: shipping costs are shown in the cart.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
Items must be returned unopened and in original packaging.
Cosmetic products that have been opened or used are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Warranty

7. Liability

Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes. Colour variations due to screen display are possible. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Dielsdorf, Switzerland.
